Please fill out this form completely and return to the Office of County Administrator for approval. The deadline to receive Board Agenda requests is the Wednesday preceding the Board Meeting date NLT (Not Later Than) 10:00am. Board meetings are normally held the first Monday and third Tuesday each month, unless otherwise specified. The County Administrator will have final approval on all agenda requests. If approved, please supply any supporting documentation. Seven copies will be needed. If you have a presentation in electronic format please provide at time of agenda request.
