Perry-Foley Airport has a great deal of growth underway and the new terminal is scheduled to open in August 2006. The facility will be the only Category 5 hurricane ready building in the county and will serve as the county's alternative Emergency Operations Center.

In 2005, renovations were completed to the airport apron and aircraft tie-down area. In 2006, a new state of the art, real time weather report system (AWOS) was installed at the airport for pilots to check weather and wind conditions when flying into Perry-Foley airport. The general public can also access real time weather conditions by calling (850)-838-3526.

We are looking forward to continued growth at the airport in 2007 when we will be constructing new T-Hangers to be leased for aircraft storage.
