BIOGRAPHY
Born and raised in Taylor County, Commissioner Wiggins graduated from Taylor County High School in 1992. In 1995, he graduated from Webber College with degrees in Business Administration and Finance.
He is married to Lori Wiggins and they have a three year old son, Denton. Commissioner Wiggins has worked with his family's tire company for the past 12 years and was elected to the Taylor Commission in November 2006.
