Meeting Room Policy & Guidelines

 
The Taylor County Public Library meeting room is available for public use; for open discussion and exchange of information and ideas. The meeting room is made available on an equitable basis, regardless of beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups.

Allowing a group to meet in the library does not constitute the library’s endorsement of the group’s policies, beliefs, or practices.

All programs offered in the meeting room must be open to the public and free of charge. Before and during a program, no fees of any kind may be charged. Selling or sales promotions are prohibited with the exception of sales by The Friends of the Taylor County Public Library.

There is currently no fee for the use of the library’s meeting room. The library reserves  the right to reconsider this free service in the future.
