The Special Projects department is responsible for the reading and interpreting of construction plans, blue-prints for each project the county is working on.

The special projects department is responsible for overseeing these projects to make sure they are completed in a timely manner while adhering to all construction, county and state codes that are applicable. The department is also responsible for the scheduling of labor crews for completion of county projects.
