Constitutional Offices

The Constitutional Officers were established by the Florida Constitution and are independently elected officials. The Board of County Commissioners is the legislative and policy-making body of County government and makes budget decisions about appropriation of County funds to Constitutional Officers. Taylor County’s Constitutional Officers include:
